Urban Visions Announces Sale of The Reedo Building
Urban Visions is pleased to announce the sale of The Reedo Building to Reedo LP, a limited partnership based out of Vancouver BC. The $14,500,000 sales price works out to approximately $271 PSF on 53,600 SF. The structure is 100% leased.
Urban Visions finished redeveloping the Reedo Building in 2006; Elysian Fields leased the retail component and Starbucks' Corporate leased the office space. The building, which was a finalist in the 2006 Office Building of the Year awards, is one of the pioneers in Seattle's green building movement.
