2nd & Pike Master Use Permit Issued
The Master Use Permit for Urban Visions' 2nd & Pike Tower was officially issued by the Seattle DPD on Monday, allowing Urban Visions to proceed with "a 35-story structure with 290 residential units above 14,850 sq. ft. of retail & restaurant space. Parking for 389 vehicles to be provided below grade."
